Kitchen Access
Our small kitchen facilities are available for use for staging and minor utility use.
- Limited prep areas and countertops.
- Commercial-grade refrigerator and freezer.
- Sink and dishwashing area.
- Not Suitable for professional caterers or large-scale food preparation.

*Rates for Members and Non-Profits may vary based on the nature of the event. Veteran discount requires proof of service (DD214 or Veteran ID). 4-Hour Minimum required for all rentals.
Required Fees (All Rentals)
- Facility Access Fee ($150.00): Covers 2-hour setup time prior to the event and basic utility usage.
- Post-Event Cleaning Fee ($150.00): Professional sanitation of floors and restrooms.
- VFW Bartender ($150.00): Mandatory for any event where alcohol is present (NYS SLA Compliance). Waived if provided by renter.
- Security Deposit ($600.00): Due at signing to hold your date. Fully refundable within 3 days post-event if no damages/violations occur.
Optional Add-ons
- Professional Sound System ($150.00): Use of our house PA/Bluetooth system for music and microphones.
- Additional Setup Time: $50.00 per hour (beyond the included 2 hours).
Additional Amenities
- Table & Chair Setup: Basic setup and breakdown of our available tables and chairs are included in most rental packages. We can configure the layout to suit your event's needs.
- Projector & Screen: A high-quality projector and large screen are available for presentations, slideshows, or displaying media during your event. Ideal for corporate meetings or celebratory videos.
- Street Parking: Free street parking is available for your guests.
